Plugged In, in partnership with Community Television Network of Chicago, isexploring the possibilities of an online project where teenagers would develop an online discussion forum about issues affecting them. In a first phase, participants would develop mini-documentaries about the issues. After that, they would pubish these materials and engage teenagers from around the country in a discussion about these issues.http://www.pluggedin.org/
